Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3)་Contractors for the Construction of G+2 (class-III) 3 Nos. staff quarters at Jamtsholing & Tashichhoeling, as defined in the bidding document.
The scope of works, in brief, includes:
- Construction of G+2 (class-III) staff quarter at Tashichhoeling, Samtse.
- Demolition of 2 Nos. single storied old staff quarters.
- Demolition of lubricant store & dismantling of chain-link fencing.
- Demolition of RRM and stacking of re-usable boulders.
- Associated civil works of the building.
- Electrification work for the building.
- Laying of PCC.
- Construction of periphery RRM wall.
- Construction of G+2 (Class-III) 2 Nos. staff quarters at Jamtsholing, Samtse.
- Associated civil works of the building.
- Electrification work for the building.
The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.
Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on July 24, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
